The application process usually begins with a visit to the property or web page. We have many different size homes and locations so be sure to fully explore our site. I will give you an inside scoop so you won't be discouraged that the one you want is never available. Current lease holders always get first option on available homes. For this reason, the larger, newer doublewides on private lots or acerage never seem to come open. I encourage people to go ahead and rent a unit that is maybe smaller or location is not exactly what you want. This will greatly increase your chances of actually getting into a 4 or 5 bedroom unit with a private lot. Please feel free to ride by the unit, talk to some of the neighbors, and call for an appointment to tour the rental unit. Our normal business hours are open on Friday from 3pm to 6pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, and Monday 3pm to 5pm.
